The ticket transfer policy, as outlined upon ticket purchase, was created to ensure that we will be able to deliver on the same caliber of experience year after year, despite the unfortunate sacrifice that we all must face, due to the current pandemic. We thank you for understanding what it takes to create this unique event in our remote jungles and your support in adhering to our guidelines to ensure that we can seamlessly transition into the 2023 festival production cycle.

The new Envision Payment Plans system will allow you to spread your payments out over the course of a 6-month period. You'll pay a deposit when you first check-out that is equal to 1/6th of your total cart balance.
Your account will then automatically be charged at the same time of the month over the next 6 months without any further action required.
If a payment attempt fails for whatever reason (e.g. card has expired, is no longer valid, insufficient funds or card is declined by the bank), then we will:
Please note, upon cancellation of the booking due to your failure to keep up with the Payment Plan, your order will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit as well as any previous installments that you have paid.
We understand that a lot can change between now and February 2023, and we want you to feel confident that your purchase today will always hold value for you.
So from now until September 1, 2022, you may voluntarily choose to transfer any ticket purchases to a future year if your willingness to travel or availability changes. After September 1, 2022, you will only be able to transfer your ticket to a future year in the event that Envision 2023 is cancelled or postponed. You will always be able to resell your ticket through the official Envision Festival ticket resales platform.
