The house has an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, including a grill on the kitchen terrace. The large dining room table is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the seating area. Off the great room are 2 separate wings, each with a bedroom and private bathroom. In the center of the house is a utility room with reinforced steel walls and a steel security door so that you can keep your personal items locked up while you are out. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. All the other rooms have ceiling fans only. WiFi runs throughout the house and the terraces.
