Envision Payment Plans will allow you to optionally spread your payments out over the course of a 6-month period for a small fee equal to 5% of the payment plan value. You'll pay a deposit when you first check-out that is equal to 1/6th of your total cart balance.

Unfortunately, ticket fraud is a common occurrence and predatory scammers are getting savvier to separate you from your hard-earned funds. The best way to ensure that your tickets are legitimate is to purchase them directly from the Envision Festival website through our ticketing partner Easol, or through our ticketing resale platform Lyte. Envision does not sell tickets on any other platform and we cannot honor fraudulent tickets nor provide you with a refund in the event that you are scammed. Always use your best judgment and deal directly with Envision for any of your event purchases.
Please note that ticket purchasers will not receive a pdf ticket with scannable barcode until the month of the event. If someone is trying to sell you a pdf ticket prior to then, it is fraudulent.

Yes, you can login to your account to update the name on any of your bookings any time at www.myeasol.com. Note that if you add or change guest names on your original booking, all tickets associated with your order will still only be emailed to you.
If there are multiple tickets under your name, you will need to be present at the box office when your friend arrives in order for them to receive their wristband, OR they must be able to show verified confirmation from you (with a photo of their ID) that authorizes your use of the ticket.
If you are selling or giving your ticket to another who should receive the tickets and be able to manage their booking directly, you will need to initiate a ticket transfer. To transfer the name associated with any of your tickets please email our support team at info@envisionfestival.com with your order number and the name of the individual you are looking to transfer to.

The festival takes place March 4th – March 11, 2024. Early Arrival (EA) is available on Sunday, March 3rd for all ticket purchasers. The music ends at sunrise on Monday, March 11th and guests must vacate the festival grounds by 12pm on that Monday.

Envision is a 24 hour event that begins Monday, March 4th and goes through sunrise on Monday, March 11th. Beach access is available every day of the event from 6am to 6pm. The road to the beach will be closed overnight.
Please note Box Office hours below to ensure you arrive at a time that the festival can exchange your ticket for a wristband to allow you entry. Envision is not required to allow you entry to the event if you arrive during a time in which the box office is closed, regardless of whether you have pre-purchased a ticket or not.

Most vehicles will be parked in our main lot, which is directly adjacent to the venue. There is no satellite parking or shuttle system from the parking lot. This lot is for parking only – there is no car camping allowed at our event.
Your first stop upon arrival is the General Parking lot. All vehicles parking in the General Lot are subject to a single use impact fee or unlimited in-and-out event pass (Cash only).

If you plan to bring your own tent, we require a Bring Your Own Tent (BYOT) Impact Fee ($20 for GA; $50 for VIP plus local tax and fees) before you can enter the festival with your gear. These options are available upon checkout, and BYOT tags are strictly enforced at the security screening upon entry.
This goes for ALL VOLUNTEERS as well. Additionally, we recommend against using a hammock as your only form of shelter at the event as we cannot guarantee space.

YES! Our Village is home to a wide array of wonderful vendors with a focus on locally sourced and organically grown ingredients.
While our offerings provide many options for dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, please plan ahead if you have special dietary restrictions or severe allergies.
Snacks and convenience items are available in La Pulpe General Store in the main campground. There is also a grocery store in Uvita which carries most basic products, but be sure to bring any specific medications and comfort items with you.
We are a Reusables-Only event! The first time you purchase a meal, you will pay a one-time fee for your dishware and utensils. After you eat, bring your dishes to the Dish Center and exchange them for a dish ticket, which can be used to acquire your dishes at your next meal. Repeat the process throughout the weekend. The small fee helps us produce less waste and conserve water.
Due to requirements from the Ministry of Health, all food must be served on Envision dishware. For those who choose to prepare their own food and bring their own dishes, there will be a dishwashing station and access to clean water.

No. In a partnership with local bar partners, such as Fuego Brew Co, to educate our patrons, and reduce the amount of plastic & glass waste inside our event, we do not permit ANY outside alcohol inside of the event. Absolutely! We encourage families of all shapes and sizes to be a part of our event and participate in the festivities. Please note that we do not offer a daycare service, so we ask that you stay with your children and enjoy the family activities together.
Children under 12 are FREE. We have an awesome, fully interactive children’s zone with family specific camping, professional staff, and entertainers. Upon arrival, the box office staff will write the parent’s name and contact number on each child’s wristband. This is for safety, and we ask you to stay with your young children at all times. While we do provide filtered drinking water to our guests, please help us end single use by bringing only large refillable containers for your campsite and a metal container for yourself. Envision water bottles are for sale at our merchandise store.

Bienvenidos! When you arrive at the airport prepare for a welcoming wave of warm air. It’s a good idea to have a pair of sandals and shorts accessible to change into. Have your immigration paperwork completed and passport in hand. After immigration you will collect your bags and take them through customs. Don’t pack anything that you don’t want to explain or that is obviously restricted. Once you are through, be sure you have everything you brought with you and put your passport in a safe place.
We are happy to offer shuttle service from SJO Airport to Envision Festival. We’ll pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the front entrance. Shuttle passes are available for purchase, and we will reach out about your specific booking date/time can be selected at purchase or by later logging back onto your Easol account.
There are also taxis available outside of the airport. Make sure to use the taxis with an official yellow triangle. These are the official taxis of Costa Rica. They will accept U.S. dollars (nothing over $50 USD) or Costa Rican colones. Most of the taxis drivers speak a little bit of English, but it would be smart to study up on (at least) basic Spanish for directions and travel. Duolingo is a great app for that.

For those traveling from the United States, U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout Costa Rica. Do not feel pressured to convert your money in the airport, as these locations are notorious for having the worst exchange rates. Instead, wait for the opportunity to go to a bank or just keep and use your dollars. By Car:
From San José head west to Jaco and then south along the coast to Uvita. We strongly recommend renting a GPS with your vehicle. Very few Costa Rican roads have names and it’s very easy to get lost. Smartphone Apps WAZE or Google Maps are also a good resources if you plan on having a 3g phone while you’re here. From the airport search from Juan Santamaria Airport Alajuela to Uvita, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Envision will be clearly marked from the road about 2km north of Uvita.
Car Rentals
Please note that although 4 wheel drive is not needed to get to the festival venue, it is needed for many rental houses and hotels, and we highly recommend 4 wheel drive and FULL insurance coverage if you plan to explore the Southern Zone. Also note that most Car Rental Quotes that you find online do not include even the mandatory insurance coverage and they will force you to buy this before handing you the keys.
By Bus:
You may also take a TRACOPA bus from San José Central to Paso Canoas and get off in Uvita, where they stop for a few minutes. This ride takes 4 hours, not including the transfer from the airport to the TRACOPA station in the city center (can be arranged by taxi or Uber). TRACOPA buses stopping in Uvita leave San Jose Center at 7:30 am, 10:15 am, 11 am, 12 noon, and 4:30 pm. The average cost is around $15 (not including the taxi fair from the airport to the bus station)

We provide two different options for those arriving by car, Single-Entry Parking or In/Out Parking. Your vehicle pass must be placed inside your vehicle on the windshield in the designated spot for the duration of your time on site. NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO CAMP IN THEIR CARS.
The parking area will be a short walking distance from the camping area this year and there will not be a shuttle. Please prepare for this when deciding how much stuff to bring with you to the festival.
Envision is not responsible for belongings left inside your vehicle, and we highly encourage you to leave valuables at home. You can also use our Gear Check service inside the event. DO NOT leave your vehicle parked on the roadside or anywhere outside the paid parking area.

Bicycles are permitted in the Main Parking area only. However, they must remain there and are not allowed within the festival grounds. There are plenty of trees to lock it up, but you must bring your own lock and chain.

No, car camping is not available at Envision Festival. Due to the nature and location of our event, we are unable to provide car camping. Our parking lot is located outside of the festival grounds without services (restrooms, showers, etc). Service Animals are allowed. If you require your service animal at the festival, please provide proper certification upon arrival, and have your animal wearing their identifiable outfit at all times. Also, your animal must always be on a leash and by your side at all times.
Service animals must check in with the box office upon arrival. Your animal will be tagged with your contact information and logged into our records. This process will provide you and your service animal with extra security. If your animal is found separated from you, they will be held at security until you can be reunited. If this happens more than once, you and your animal may be subject to ejection from the festival grounds.

No. The campgrounds are designed to be a peaceful and quiet space. Running a generator may not be pleasant to your neighbors, and we do not allow any amplified sound in the campgrounds. This is not your typical festival environment and we encourage you to explore the offerings as they are! Any unauthorized generators will be removed and held by our security team until the end of the event.

El nuevo sistema de Plan de Pagos de Envision permitirá separar los pagos a lo largo de un periodo de 6 meses. Se paga un depósito al momento del primer Check Out, el cual será el equivalente a 1/6 del valor total del balance sobre la compra.
Los pagos pendientes se cobrarán de manera automática, el mismo día del mes en el que realizó la primera compra, a lo largo de los siguientes 6 meses sin necesidad de ninguna acción adicional.

Entendemos que muchas cosas pueden cambiar de aquí a febrero 2023, y queremos externar plena confianza en que cada compra realizada siempre va a mantener el valor.
Por ende, en caso de que la disponibilidad de viajar cambie, cada comprador podrá cambiar voluntariamente cualquier compra de tiquetes para un año a futuro desde ahora hasta el 1 de septiembre del 2022. Envision es un evento de 24 horas al día que comienza el lunes 27 de febrero y termina al amanecer el lunes 6 de marzo. El acceso a la playa está disponible todos los días del evento de 6 a.m. a 6 p.m. El camino a la playa estará cerrado durante la noche.
Ten en cuenta el horario de nuestra taquilla para asegurarte de llegar a una hora en la que el festival pueda cambiar tu entrada por un brazalete que le permita la entrada. La mayoría de los vehículos estarán estacionados en nuestro lote principal, que está directamente adyacente al festival. No hay estacionamiento satelital ni sistema de transporte desde el estacionamiento. Este lote es solo para estacionamiento; no se permite acampar en carros en nuestro evento.
Tu primera parada al llegar es el estacionamiento general. Si bien nuestras ofertas brindan muchas opciones para necesidades dietéticas como vegetariana, vegana y sin gluten, planifique con anticipación si tienes restricciones dietéticas especiales o alergias graves.
Hay bocadillos y artículos de conveniencia disponibles en la tienda La Pulpe General en el campamento principal. También hay una tienda de comestibles en Uvita que vende la mayoría de los productos básicos, pero asegúrate de llevar contigo cualquier medicamento específico y artículos de comodidad.
¡Somos un evento solo reutilizable! La primera vez que compres una comida, pagarás una tarifa única por tu vajilla y utensilios. Después de comer, lleva tus platos al Centro de platos y cámbielos por un boleto de plato, que puedes usar para adquirir tus platos en su próxima comida. Repite el proceso durante todo el fin de semana. La pequeña tarifa nos ayuda a producir menos desechos y a conservar agua.
Debido a los requisitos del Ministerio de Salud, toda la comida debe servirse en vajilla Envision. Para aquellos que elijan preparar su propia comida y traer sus propios platos, habrá una estación de lavado de platos y acceso a agua limpia.

Los niños menores de 12 años entran GRATIS. Tenemos una zona infantil increíble y completamente interactiva con campamentos específicos para familias, personal profesional y animadores. A tu llegada, el personal de la taquilla escribirá el nombre de los padres y el número de contacto en la pulsera de cada niño. Esto es por seguridad y te pedimos que te quedes con tus hijos pequeños en todo momento. Tendremos opciones de campamento familiar en el lugar disponibles para su compra en 2022.

Si bien proporcionamos agua potable filtrada a nuestros huéspedes, trae contenedores grandes recargables para tu campamento y tu propio contenedor de metal. Las botellas de agua Envision están a la venta en nuestra tienda de productos.

¡Bienvenidos! Cuando llegues al aeropuerto, prepárate para una agradable ola de aire cálido. Es una buena idea tener un par de sandalias y pantalones cortos accesibles para cambiarte. Ten tu papeleo de inmigración completo y tu pasaporte a mano. Después de la inmigración, recoge tus maletas y pásalas por la aduana. No empaques nada que no quieras explicar o que obviamente esté restringido. Una vez que haya terminado, asegúrate de tener todo lo que traes consigo y guarda tu pasaporte en un lugar seguro.
Nos complace ofrecer un servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto SJO hasta el Festival Envision. Te recogeremos en el aeropuerto y te dejaremos en la entrada principal. Los pases de transporte están disponibles para su compra, y te comunicaremos la información de su fecha / hora específica de reserva en el otoño de 2022.
También hay taxis disponibles fuera del aeropuerto. Asegúrate de utilizar los taxis con un triángulo amarillo oficial. Estos son los taxis oficiales de Costa Rica. Aceptarán dólares estadounidenses (denominación máxima de $ 50 USD) o colones costarricenses. La mayoría de los conductores de taxis hablan un poco de inglés, pero sería inteligente estudiar (al menos) español básico para direcciones y viajes. Duolingo es una gran aplicación para eso.

Para aquellos que viajan desde los Estados Unidos, los dólares estadounidenses son ampliamente aceptados en todo Costa Rica. No te sientas presionado a convertir tu dinero en el aeropuerto, ya que estos lugares son conocidos por tener los peores tipos de cambio. En cambio, espera la oportunidad de ir a un banco o simplemente usa tus dólares. Siempre es inteligente informar a tu banco y tarjetas de crédito que viajaras internacionalmente para evitarte alertas de fraude o cuentas bloqueadas.
La tasa fluctúa un poco, pero el tipo de cambio aproximado es (moneda estadounidense) $ 1 = 500 colones, $ 10 = 5,000 colones y $ 20 = 10,000 colones.

El equipo de Envision recomienda encarecidamente tomar nuestro viaje de tres horas en Envision Shuttle desde SJO hasta el lugar. ¡Es la forma más segura y sin complicaciones de llegar aquí! Envision operará sus propios traslados diarios antes, durante y después del evento. ¡Haz amigos en el viaje!
En taxi:
Hay taxis disponibles fuera del aeropuerto, asegurate de utilizar los taxis con un triángulo amarillo oficial. Estos son los taxis oficiales de Costa Rica. Aceptarán dólares estadounidenses (billetes no más de $ 50 USD) o colones costarricenses. La mayoría de los conductores de taxis hablan un poco de inglés, pero sería inteligente estudiar (al menos) español básico para direcciones y viajes. Duolingo es una gran aplicación para eso.
En coche:
Desde San José dirigete hacia el oeste hasta Jaco y luego hacia el sur a lo largo de la costa hasta Uvita. Recomendamos encarecidamente alquilar un GPS con tu vehículo. Muy pocas carreteras costarricenses tienen nombre y es muy fácil perderse. Las aplicaciones para teléfonos inteligentes WAZE o Google Maps también son buenos recursos si planeas tener un teléfono 3g mientras estes aquí. Desde el aeropuerto busca la ruta desde el aeropuerto Juan Santamaría, Alajuela hasta Uvita, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Envision estará claramente señalizado desde la carretera a unos 2 km al norte de Uvita.
Alquiler de coches
Ten en cuenta que, aunque no se necesita la tracción en las 4 ruedas para llegar al lugar del festival, es necesaria para muchas casas de alquiler y hoteles, y recomendamos la tracción en las 4 ruedas y la cobertura de seguro COMPLETO si planeas explorar la Zona Sur. También ten en cuenta que la mayoría de las cotizaciones de alquiler de coches que se encuentran en linea no incluyen ni siquiera la cobertura de seguro obligatoria y te obligarán a comprarla antes de entregarte las llaves.
En autobús:
También puedes tomar un autobús TRACOPA desde San José Central hasta Paso Canoas y bajarse en Uvita, donde paran por unos minutos. Este viaje dura 4 horas, no incluye el traslado desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación TRACOPA en el centro de la ciudad (se puede contratar en taxi o Uber). Los autobuses de TRACOPA que paran en Uvita salen del Centro de San José a las 7:30 am, 10:15 am, 11 am, 12 del mediodía y 4:30 pm. El costo promedio es de alrededor de $15 (sin incluir la tarifa de taxis desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación de autobuses)

Ofrecemos dos opciones diferentes para quienes llegan en automóvil, estacionamiento de entrada única o estacionamiento de entrada / salida. Tu pase de vehículo debe colocarse dentro de tu vehículo en el parabrisas, en el lugar designado durante su tiempo en el sitio. NADIE ESTÁ PERMITIDO A ACAMPAR EN SUS COCHES.
El área de estacionamiento estará a poca distancia a pie del área de campamento este año y no habrá un servicio de transporte. Toma en cuenta esto para cuando decidas cuántas cosas traer al festival.
Envision no se hace responsable de las pertenencias que se dejen dentro de su vehículo y te recomendamos encarecidamente que dejes los objetos de valor en casa. También puedes utilizar nuestro servicio Gear Check dentro del evento. NO dejes tu vehículo estacionado al costado de la carretera o en cualquier lugar fuera del área de estacionamiento de pago.

Las bicicletas solo están permitidas en el área de estacionamiento principal. Sin embargo, deben permanecer allí y no están permitidas dentro del recinto del festival. Hay muchos árboles para asegurarlas, pero debes traer tu propio candado y cadena.

Envision no proporciona un servicio de transporte a los hoteles locales. Los taxis oficiales de Envision están disponibles 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana para llevarte a donde necesites ir. Están ubicados fuera de la taquilla en nuestra área de espera de taxis (en el estacionamiento). Es muy fácil viajar localmente entre Envision a hoteles, hostales y hogares cercanos.

No, el camping en coche no está disponible en Envision Festival. Debido a la naturaleza y la ubicación de nuestro evento, no podemos proporcionar camping para automóviles. Nuestro estacionamiento se encuentra fuera del recinto del festival sin servicios (baños, duchas, etc.). Si llegas en tu caravana, furgoneta, camper o autobús reconvertido, aún debes traer tu equipo de camping al campamento dentro del festival o elegir entre nuestra increíble selección de alojamientos dentro y fuera del sitio.

No, por favor deja todas tu mascota en casa. La jungla no es un lugar seguro para tu mascota.
Se permiten animales de servicio. Si necesitas tu animal de servicio en el festival, proporciona la certificación adecuada a su llegada y haz que tu animal use su atuendo identificable en todo momento. Además, tu animal debe estar siempre con correa y a tu lado en todo momento.
Los animales de servicio deben registrarse en la taquilla a tu llegada. Tu animal será etiquetado con su información de contacto y se registrará en nuestros registros. Este proceso te proporcionará a vos y a tu animal de servicio seguridad adicional. Si te llegas a separar de tu animal, se mantendrá en seguridad hasta que te puedas reunir con el. Si esto sucede más de una vez, podrías llegar a ser expulsado del recinto del festival junto a tu animal.

No. Los campamentos están diseñados para ser un espacio tranquilo y silencioso. Hacer funcionar un generador puede no ser agradable para tus vecinos y no permitiremos ningún sonido amplificado en los campamentos. ¡Este no es el ambiente típico de un festival y te alentamos a explorar las ofertas tal como son! Todo generador no autorizado será retirado y retenido por nuestro equipo de seguridad hasta el final del evento.
